She met with us to hear our desires and budget, then worked tirelessly to make our dreams come true. To say our selling and also purchasing story was unusual would be an understatement- but there wasn't an obstacle too large or too challenging for Susan. She knew exactly what to do and offered sound advice to keep us focused on our goal. If we had depended on a less experienced agent, or someone who 'clocked out' at 5pm, we wouldn't have sold our house or bought the house of our dreams because it took so much work to make it all happen. We certainly weren't Susan's biggest clients, but she took a personal interest in us and worked to make sure we received the most professional service possible. She's a tiny lady who, very politely, packs a big punch!

We had a very difficult lot that would require a perfect buyer. Susan took it upon herself to meet with a pool company and the city to draw up an accepted proposal of a future pool. The next person that walked through the house loved they could put a pool in and made an offer. We were under contract and closed within a very short time. She also has great resources with families that are transferring. I highly recommend Susan!
